CURIS EXPRESS CHIROPRACTIC ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

Curis Express is a group of chiropractic clinics located inside Wal-Mart stores providing chiropractic services. Currently with over 12 locations in 4 states, Curis Express is poised to rapidly expand into more metropolitan areas.

Curis Functional Health has over 100 top clinicians with a wide range of specialties. This role is in a multi-disciplinary holistic, mind-body-spirit environment for chiropractic, mental health, nutrition, and weight loss.

Chiropractic Assistant Duties:

• Welcome and assist new and current patients, do patient check-ins and check-outs, collect money, and schedule appointments.
• Build lasting relationships with prospective and current patients.
• Assist the chiropractor with patients doing modalities and exercises.
• Enter patient information into the electronic health record system.
• Manage the patient flow during busy times in the clinic, answer phones, and respond to patient inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
• Communicate and conduct business in a professional code of conduct.
• Open and close the clinic, securing the equipment and loose items before locking up.
• Provide requested reporting to Curis as needed.
• Support social media campaigns.
• Engage in Curis as a supportive and cooperative business partner.

Qualifications:

• Passion for helping others to improve the quality of their lives.
• Highly motivated and a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must enjoy talking with people and keeping patients' health information confidential.
• Ability to walk, squat, lift up to 30 pounds, and physically assist others.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual communication is a plus.
• Ability to use a computer and medical office software.

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate: $14-16/hour
